Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
Signing up for a Free plan doesn’t require a credit card, but you will need one when upgrading to a paid plan.
How long can I use the Free plan?
Our Free plan is yours to use until you're ready to upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and will process your payments, in US dollars, using Stripe.
When will I be billed?
Your credit card is automatically charged once a month on the date you purchased your plan. If you purchased your plan on a day that does not occur in every month (such as, the 31st), you'll be billed on the last day of that month instead.
What if I reach my monthly sending limit?
Once your sending limit has been reached you will no longer be able to send emails until your monthly limit resets or you upgrade your plan.
We'll let you know when you're close to reaching your limit so you can take the necessary steps to ensure your campaigns are sent as expected.
